Fraser Trebilcock attorneys Ed Castellani and Jared Roberts recently closed a real estate sale transaction on behalf of a Mid-Michigan car dealership that involved establishment of complex, multi-party easements, various interim conveyances, land contract and mortgage discharges, a lease discharge, the curing of various real estate title issues, and related work.

The parties involved are pleased to have completed their transaction, and Fraser Trebilcock’s client and the title company reported that attorneys Castellani and Roberts were there every step of the way to answer questions and resolve issues in this complex transaction, which greatly facilitated a successful closing.
