Deadline TOMORROW for Notice of Exchanges

All employers must notify their employees about the availability of the Exchange by October 1st, 2013.

In addition, new hires must be provided the notice within 14 days of their hire date.  While the Department of Labor has issued an FAQ indicating that no ERISA penalties would be imposed for failure to provide this notice, the FLSA statute itself requires compliance.  Therefore, please ensure the appropriate notice is provided to each of your employees.
