Workshop Wrap-Up: Employee Benefits Aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions

Advance planning is essential when merging businesses.  One critical aspect of this planning involves consideration of employee benefits issues when structuring the merger or acquisition.

Fraser Trebilcock attorney Brian Gallagher addressed some of these key issues during a panel presentation in Birmingham on Tuesday, September 19th. The program, sponsored by the Business Law Section and Tax Sections of the State Bar of Michigan, focused on important employee benefits and retirement matters.
