Attorney Peter Houk Honored as a “Lawyer of the Year” in Arbitration

Each year, Best Lawyers^® identifies attorneys who are rated by their peers as top in their field. This year, Fraser Trebilcock attorney Peter D. Houk has been named the Best Lawyers 2015 Arbitration “Lawyer of the Year” in Lansing. Only a single lawyer in each practice area, in each community, is honored with this distinction.

Attorney Max Hoffman Honored as a “Lawyer of the Year”

Fraser Trebilcock attorney Max R. Hoffman has been named the Best Lawyers in America^© 2015 Administrative/Regulatory Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Lansing. Only a single lawyer in each practice area in each community is honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.”

Fraser Trebilcock Attorney Appointed to AHA Leadership Development Committee

Fraser Trebilcock attorney Jonathan Raven has been appointed to a term on the American Hospital Association Committee on Governance’s Leadership Development Committee, comprised of trustees of major hospitals around the country.

Leadership Development Committee members are appointed by the Chair of Committee on Governance. During their three year term, members serve as the nominating committee of the Committee on Governance for the American Hospital Association (AHA), identifying and recommending trustees for participation in AHA governance, policy development, and field leadership opportunities.

Attorney Peter Dunlap Receives Outstanding Achievement Award

Attorney Peter L. Dunlap was recently honored with the 2014 Outstanding Achievement Award, from the Negligence Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

The Section’s council selects the winner based on distinguished service to the legal community, recognizing recipients for their high standards of practice and commitment for the benefit of others.

Mr. Dunlap has been practicing law since 1968, spending his entire career at Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Dunlap, P.C. before turning to private mediation practice. He was the President of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel from 2006-2007, and received the group’s “Excellence in Defense” award in 2010. Fraser Trebilcock Successfully Represents Fortune 100 Company

Fraser Trebilcock attorney Michael Donnelly successfully represented a Fortune 100 insurance company in a matter arising out of a premium dispute with a trucking company. Following a trial in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Michigan, Judge Jonker awarded Mr. Donnelly’s client the full amount they asked for, resulting in a six figure judgment against the trucking company.
