Recently, attorneys Michael E. Cavanaugh and Marlaine C. Teahan, along with law clerk Scott Milligan, presented an educational seminar to the Greater Lansing Association of Realtors (GLAR).
Mr. Cavanaugh focused on new and proposed legislation crucial to the real estate business, and Ms. Teahan spoke on the impact estates and trusts have on real estate transactions, as well as the estate planning documents everyone should have. Mr. Milligan gave an update on the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
