Thad has over 30 years of litigation experience in both state and federal courts in a wide variety of areas, including, commercial and business disputes, employment and shareholder litigation, construction, health care, real estate, insurance, and intellectual property. In 2025, he was selected as a member of Michigan Lawyers Weekly's "Hall of Fame." He is included in The Best Lawyers in America© and was selected as the 2022 and 2015 "Lawyer of the Year" in Lansing for Construction Litigation by Best Lawyers®.
