Bob Burgee is Co-Chair of Fraser’s Business and Tax Department. With over a decade of experience, Bob is a trusted advisor to businesses owners and entrepreneurs across the State of Michigan. Whether it's a startup finding its feet, or an established company looking to expand, Bob provides expert counsel on all aspects of business law. This includes guiding clients through strategic transactions like mergers and acquisitions, helping with day-to-day operational needs such as contracts and regulatory compliance, and aiding in the resolution of business disputes. Bob is also deeply committed to supporting nonprofits, providing guidance on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues unique to the sector, including formation, governance, compliance, and charitable giving.

Before joining Fraser, Bob built a successful independent practice where he served as general counsel for businesses across diverse industries.

When not immersed in the world of law, this dedicated Michigander loves spending time outdoors with his wife and two young children, enjoying all that Mitten State has to offer, no matter the season.
