H. Kirby Albright has amassed a wide range of litigation experience over the last 40 years, including successful representation of clients on both sides of eminent domain law.
Kirby recently spent several years assisting a major international company as it acquired right-of-way for a pipeline across the state of Michigan. But don't count him out if you're a landowner. Kirby once used a bright yellow yardstick during trial for a hotly contested case involving air space. You could say that yardstick is now valued at about $300,000, after Kirby landed a unanimous verdict in his client's favor.
"Cases like this illustrate the value of working with good experts, having a sound and fair position to put forth to the jury, and a little bit of thinking outside-the-box," said Kirby.
Kirby has been elected by his fellow shareholders to serve on the Fraser Trebilcock Board of Directors, currently serving as the Vice President and Treasurer.
