H. Kirby Albright has amassed a wide range of litigation experience over the last 40 years, including successful representation of clients on both sides of eminent domain law.

Kirby recently spent several years assisting a major international company as it acquired right-of-way for a pipeline across the state of Michigan. But don't count him out if you're a landowner. Kirby once used a bright yellow yardstick during trial for a hotly contested case involving air space. You could say that yardstick is now valued at about $300,000, after Kirby landed a unanimous verdict in his client's favor.

"Cases like this illustrate the value of working with good experts, having a sound and fair position to put forth to the jury, and a little bit of thinking outside-the-box," said Kirby.

Kirby has been elected by his fellow shareholders to serve on the Fraser Trebilcock Board of Directors, currently serving as the Vice President and Treasurer.

"...Fraser is lucky to have you [Kirby Albright] as an attorney. [You are] the absolute best attorney [we've] ever worked with or known. [My] husband would have been lost without you; you made the most terrible situation at least tolerable by advocating and counseling [us] through it." – Client
