Emily is an attorney at Fraser Trebilcock specializing in litigation and insurance defense. As a litigation attorney, Emily serves some of the largest and most sophisticated insurers in Michigan. From case evaluation, to settlement negotiations, to trial and appeal work, Emily has experience representing insurance companies in a wide range of cases in Michigan state courts. Emily also has experience handling litigation-related matters in general, including representing individual plaintiffs asserting claims.
Emily is no stranger to legal accolades while at school, she was a finalist for various moot court competitions, the Weschler National First Amendment Moot Court Competition (Fall 2018), and Intraschool Moot Court Competition (Fall 2017). She was also a semifinalist for the Child Welfare National Moot Court Competition (Spring 2018). Prior to joining the firm, Emily interned with the Ingham County Prosecutor's Office and the Michigan Attorney General.
