Emily joins Fraser Trebilcock as an associate after spending time at the firm as a law clerk while she pursued her law degree from the Michigan State University College of Law. Emily is no stranger to legal accolades while at school, she was a finalist for various moot court competitions, the Weschler National First Amendment Moot Court Competition (Fall 2018), and Intraschool Moot Court Competition (Fall 2017). She was also a semifinalist for the Child Welfare National Moot Court Competition (Spring 2018). Prior to joining the firm, Emily was a legal extern for the Ingham County Prosecutor's Office, where she litigated initial depositional hearings, review hearings, and preliminary motions for juvenile court cases.

Emily's practice focuses on appellate law, insurance law, intellectual property, litigation, and real estate law.
