A lawyer and certified public accountant, Edward J. Castellani has practiced alcohol beverage law in Michigan for more than 30 years, assisting clients at all levels of the industry, including retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and importers.

Michigan has enacted complex laws regarding beer, wine and liquor manufacture, sale and distribution. While compliance with these laws can be challenging, Ed prides himself on having the right solution for his clients the first time – allowing them to excel their business while he focuses on legal matters.

Ed's experience in alcohol beverage law includes assisting clients in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, licensing permits, legal compliance, labeling, and distribution agreement protection. Ed represents the following types of businesses:
