    As an experienced employee benefits attorney, Brian T. Gallagher helps employers navigate the complicated and ever-changing legal landscape of ERISA and the Tax Code.

    Brian works closely with employers of all sizes in many different industries to design and maintain their benefit plans. He assists his clients to keep their plans compliant, and to develop practical solutions when mistakes inevitably do occur. He previously chaired the Employee Benefits Committee for the State Bar of Michigan and he was named as a 'Rising Star in Michigan' by Super Lawyers for Employee Benefits in 2014, 2017, and 2018. Brian is also very engaged in the local Lansing community, having served on the boards of numerous local nonprofits.
