Blaine DeGracia is an Associate Attorney at Fraser Trebilcock focusing on estate planning, trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships, and guiding clients through contested and uncontested probate court matters. Before joining Fraser Trebilcock, he worked as in-house counsel for a large healthcare system, partnering with clinical teams and patient families to pursue guardianships and conservatorships for incapacitated individuals. Additionally, he worked on a wide variety of patient-related matters, contracts, and business matters carrying significant legal risk.

Outside of work, he is active in his church and enjoys exercise, college football, traveling, and spending time with his wife, two sons, and his dog, Finn.
