Andrew G. Martin focuses his practice on intellectual property law, business law, health law, real estate law, and litigation. He is an experienced registered patent attorney with a strong background in working across the automotive, electrical, agricultural, and medical device industries. With expertise in both prosecution and litigation, Andrew regularly advises startups and small businesses on patent and trademark prosecution processes, assisting clients from start to finish.

In addition to his intellectual property expertise, Andrew is well-versed in complex civil litigation, including high-stakes business disputes and real estate matters. He represents clients in a variety of litigation contexts, providing strategic counsel in both state and federal courts. Andrew's experience spans a range of industries, enabling him to handle intricate cases involving business law, contract disputes, and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as Associate In-house Counsel at a global automotive supplier and as an associate attorney at a private law firm specializing in intellectual property, business, corporate law, and litigation. Outside of his professional life, Andrew enjoys golfing, cycling, and spending time with his wife and children, exploring the Greater Lansing area.
