Fraser Trebilcock Shareholder Ed Castellani has recently been recognized by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as an inaugural 'Michigan Go To Lawyer' in 2021 for business law. Ed leads the Business & Tax department at Fraser Trebilcock. In addition to practicing law for over three decades, he is also a certified public account. This dual background and experience provides his clients a unique insight into business transactions, such as business entity formations, mergers, acquisitions, tax audits and appeals, and general business and tax planning for both profit and non-profit corporations. Ed has also previously served several terms on the firm's Board of Directors.
