Fraser Trebilcock is pleased to announce that attorney Paul C. Mallon, Jr. has been selected as one of this year's 'Up & Coming Lawyers' by Michigan Lawyers Weekly. This award is dedicated annually to Michigan lawyers who, in their first 10 years or fewer years of practice, are setting the standards for other attorneys.

Paul's diverse legal experience allows him to craft creative solutions to challenging problems. He has successfully handled myriad litigation matters, including, by way of example, administrative licensing disputes, copyright infringement claims, franchising disputes, and breach of contract claims with amounts at stake in excess of $100MM. Paul also assists his commercial clients by handling real estate transactions and mergers and acquisition deals and has handled commercial transactions ranging in size from $250,000 to well over $10MM. Before coming to Fraser Trebilcock, Paul practiced law for more than seven years in Chicago where he successfully represented commercial property owners and business owners in litigation matters in venues throughout the country.

Here in Michigan, Paul primarily spends his time working out of the firm's Detroit office. Paul has been selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in Michigan, Business Litigation in 2016 and 2017.
