Fraser Trebilcock's insurance coverage practice enjoys a reputation as sophisticated and extensive, advising clients on coverage issues and providing legal representation in coverage actions throughout the country. Anita G. Fox, a nationally recognized insurance coverage lawyer, has handled significant and precedent-setting coverage actions in the state and federal courts in Michigan, as well as numerous other jurisdictions, including Arizona, California, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. She has also lectured for Mealey’s, the leading insurance law publisher, in training seminars across the country and in Europe, and teaches Insurance Law at Michigan State University College of Law. Mark A. Bush serves as coverage counsel for major insurers and has experience handling complex coverage litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability coverages.
