Another highly-successful Children’s Trust Fund (CTF) Pam Posthumus Signature Auction recently raised $470,000 for the cause.
Fraser Trebilcock has a more than 15-year history with the organization, which provides programs and services across the state of Michigan. Attorney Anita G. Fox served on the host committee for the event. Previously, she served as a board member and Vice President for CTF, after being appointed by then Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm.
More than 650 attended the fundraiser at the Lansing Center, with various items catching their eye as part of the auction, including an African safari and concert tickets to Beyonce at Ford Field.
The Children’s Trust Fund is Michigan’s only statewide nonprofit organization solely dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect, serving all 83 counties. The event is named in memory of Pam Posthumus, who was appointed to the CTF Board of Directors in 1997 and became chair in 2002. During its 14 years, the event has raised about $5.5 million.
