She has an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and beginning in 2007 was selected for membership by the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel. She also serves as state and federal court mediator and case evaluator. As a Board Member and Vice President, Ms. Fox has dedicated her time to the Children’s Trust Fund, formerly known as Michigan’s Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board.
She was also appointed by then-Governor Jennifer Granholm to serve as legal counsel for several charitable foundations, including the Governor’s Residence Foundation and Michigan NGA while the Governor was active in the National Governor’s Association. Ms. Fox has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at Michigan State University College of Law.
Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Only five percent of attorneys in Michigan are awarded with the honor.
Best Lawyers© is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey in which almost 50,000 leading attorneys cast nearly five million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their practice areas; because lawyers are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed, inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor.
