Attorney Marlaine C. Teahan recently gave a presentation at the State Bar of Michigan’s Upper Michigan Legal Institute 2014 that included digital assets in estate planning, durable powers of attorney, trust drafting tips and probate court developments.  To view slides of her presentation, click over to our slideshare.
