Ms. Latchana is a frequent author on employee benefit matters with her most recent submission being to the Michigan Tax Lawyer on the importance of proper employee classifications under the Employer Shared Responsibility Mandate. Additionally, she recently served as an expert panelist for a series of Health Care Reform seminars sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, as well as for a separate series of seminars sponsored by the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Latchana lives in Davison, Michigan. She is married to Judge Mark W. Latchana (67th District Court) and is the mother of three, Eva (8), Abby (6) and William (4).
