Thomas L. Sparks is in the center of medical licensing law as a shareholder at Fraser Trebilcock. It's a passion that he has fine-tuned over the past 40 years including 14 years as a Michigan Assistant Attorney General.

Tom has been appointed and served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for provider reimbursement matters. He also has served on the Governor's Prescription Abuse Data Synthesis Committee. His talents have not gone unnoticed and he has been named a "Best Lawyer in America" since 2007 for Administrative Law.
