Marlaine C. Teahan leads the Trusts and Estates practice at Fraser Trebilcock. With over 30 years of experience as an attorney, Marlaine works closely with individuals and families to create estate plans to fit each client's unique situation.

Marlaine is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and is the Chair of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Her outstanding legal work continues to be recognized among her peers and leading legal publications.

It's important to Marlaine to be active in the community. She regularly volunteers her time at church, serving on its Board of Directors, and as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Capital Region Community Foundation, an organization that works to enhance the quality of life in the Tri-County area through permanent, charitable endowment funds.
