Gary C. Rogers is recognized as one of the top civil defense attorneys in the area of automobile related cases. As a former assistant prosecutor in Detroit, Gary gained valuable trial experience which has transferred into a successful career as a civil defense attorney. He has defended hundreds of matters in his career, many of which have involved major injuries or death. 

As a partner in the personal injury litigation department at Fraser Trebilcock, Gary is routinely in the epicenter for the media regarding personal injury matters and provides insight for various publications and presentations. He has co-written Michigan No-Fault Law-The Insurers' Perspective, a handbook for handling claims under Michigan's No-Fault Automobile legislation. He is a member of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel and serves as a court appointed case evaluator (defense) in three counties in Michigan.
