Our attorneys design, draft and provide compliance consulting with respect to all types of nonqualified deferred compensation plans and other executive compensation arrangements for both taxable and tax-exempt businesses. These plans include SERPS and other salary continuation arrangements, stock appreciation rights plans, stock option plans and split-dollar life insurance arrangements. We help our clients navigate through the numerous requirements under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code applicable to such arrangements, including Code Sections 409A and 457(f).
